Lifeline
For people in Australia who feel overwhelmed or are experiencing a crisis. Phone, text and online chat are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
ONGOING OR EVERYDAY SUPPORT
Talk with a health professional
If difficult feelings persist, worsen or affect sleep, relationships or daily life, a GP or qualified mental health professional can help you consider what support fits your situation.
You might describe what has been happening, how long it has lasted and what is becoming difficult. You can ask someone you trust to help arrange an appointment.
